Zhejiang DLY Automation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. participated in the 14th China CNC Machine Tool Fair (CCMT 2026), held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from April 21 to 25, 2026.
At Booth N1-B305, our team presented ball screws, linear guideways, linear shafts and related components. The exhibition gave us an opportunity to demonstrate physical products, listen to application requirements and communicate directly with machinery and automation professionals.

Discussing Applications Face to Face
Visitors to the DLY booth came with requirements for CNC machinery, packaging equipment, woodworking machinery and other automation applications. Discussions covered product selection, replacement requirements, screw end machining, nut configuration, rail and block matching, and other technical details.
Physical samples made these conversations more direct. Visitors could examine component structures while explaining their equipment conditions, drawings and performance requirements to our team.
Ball Screw Products at the Booth
DLY displayed several ball screw configurations, including single-nut and double-nut assemblies. Double-nut designs attracted attention from visitors considering preload and axial clearance requirements for CNC and industrial automation equipment.
Rolled ball screws were also presented for applications requiring a practical balance of positioning performance, customization and cost. Our team discussed screw diameter, lead, accuracy grade, total length and end machining based on individual equipment requirements.
Linear Guideways and Shafts
The booth also featured linear guideways , matching blocks and linear shafts. These samples supported discussions about guidance accuracy, load requirements, installation dimensions, rail length and block configuration.
Visitors were able to compare different linear motion structures and discuss which configuration was more appropriate for new machine designs, maintenance projects or equipment upgrades.
What We Learned from the Exhibition
The conversations at CCMT 2026 reflected a wide range of requirements. Some visitors were selecting components for new equipment, while others needed replacements or customized machining for existing systems.
These discussions gave our team direct insight into the specifications, delivery expectations and technical questions that matter in different applications. The information collected at the exhibition will support our continued work in product development, manufacturing and customer service.
