Installation Precautions

1. Careful operation

Be careful when operating to prevent parts from falling off or being hit with a hammer or the like. Hitting the fitting will affect its running performance.

2. Verify the size of relevant accessories

In order to make the linear series run smoothly, the exact precision dimensions of the box, linear bearing block and shaft and guide rail mounting surface should be realized.

3. Removal of external substances

External substances can affect the straight series, making the series damaged or out of control. Be careful of foreign objects during installation.

4. 4. Lubrication and dustproof

The non-lubricated linear series increases the friction of the rolling elements, thereby shortening their life. Therefore, the series requires proper lubrication. It is recommended that turbine lubricants comply with G32 to G68 or Lithium Base Soap Grease No.2. Some straight series are sealed after dedusting the lubricating oil. If it is used in harsh or easily polluted environment, the straight series part should be protected.

Structure And Characteristics

 

Both the precision linear shaft and the ball channel are made into a cylindrical shape, and the bearing balls are supported by the cage and arranged in the axial direction of the linear track. The outer shell is made of high carbon chromium bearing steel, and the inner surface is formed by heat treatment and grinding.

Since the dimensional tolerances of the various parts of the circular linear bearing have been standardized, they can be interchanged. Because the shaft is machined on a cylindrical grinder, very precise assembly tolerances can be obtained.

High hardness outer ring

The outer ring is made of high-strength bearing steel, and the overall surface is hard, so it can be directly embedded in needle roller bearings on the circumferential surface.

Since the cage with 4 to 6 ball rows is integrated, the balls are accurately arranged in the moving direction, thereby achieving stable moving accuracy.
