Ball Screws, Nuts and Support Units
DLY will present ball screws , matching ball nuts and ball screw support units at the exhibition. The physical samples will allow visitors to examine different component structures and discuss how the screw, nut and support arrangement can be configured for machine tools and automation equipment.
Our team will also be available to discuss diameter, lead, accuracy grade, screw length, nut configuration and end machining requirements for standard and customized orders.
Linear Guideways and Blocks
The display will also include DLY linear guideways and matching blocks. Visitors can compare product configurations and speak with our team about rail size, block type, accuracy grade, preload, rail length and installation requirements.
These components are used in CNC machinery, industrial automation equipment and other systems requiring controlled linear movement and stable guidance.
Linear Shafts and Supported Rail Systems
DLY will also display linear shafts, linear bearings and supported linear rail systems, including SBR and TBR series. These products provide different installation and support configurations for machinery and automation applications.
By viewing the samples in person, visitors can discuss shaft diameter, rail length, support structure, bearing configuration and machining requirements according to their equipment design.
