5.Forming mill inspection standard
Appearance: 1. There is no bump or defect, no black skin on the raceway, no convex line or vibration pattern, and no crack on the guide rail.
Finish: Ra0.3 (target 0.2)
The grinding finish of the three bottom surfaces is Ra0.4, and the reference surface has no grinding coke or convex line.
Size: 1. Assembly height H:0-0.01
2. Guide rail width +0.01 ~-0.05 (guide rail width difference ≤ 0.003)
3. Upper and lower rail width ≤ 0.03
Row size: 1. Walking parallelism (near point) Three-sided grinding 0.008 2 surface grinding 0.015
2. Walking parallelism (far point) Three-sided grinding 0.025 2 surface grinding 0.05
3. Left and right plane (using slider detection) 0.005
4. Tightness N 15-25 + 1N 30-55 + 1N

7. Inspection standard for plane grinding
Appearance:
1. No bump, defect, rail without cracking
2. No burr, flash, finish Ra0.8. Lower surface finish Ra0.4, no convex line, scorching, vibration pattern.
Size:
1. First process the upper plane, grinding amount h 1±0.03
2. Reprocess the lower plane, grinding amount h 1±0.05
3. Height difference of the whole dimension h ≤ 0.05

Guide rail appearance inspection
The surface and inner hole of the guide rail are required to be clean, the surface is not scratched, the twill is evenly bumped, the hole and surface of the guide rail are rusted, check whether the hole is opened, whether the hole is damaged, whether the inner hole is damaged, whether the chamfer of the bottom face is qualified, and whether there are any burrs. Note: scratches, black skin, rusty, are unqualified products.
