The double nut type is suitable for machines requiring high stiffness and precise positioning under moderate or heavy loads. Double nut load relatively large, strong stability, high precision, mostly used for relatively large equipment transmission.

DFU ball screw ball bearing design, through the ball in the screw and nut rolling to achieve efficient transmission, compared to the traditional sliding screw, driving torque reduced to 1/3, significantly reduced energy consumption. Its core strengths include:

1. Large lead design:

Core features: The most significant feature of the DFU series is its large lead. Lead is the lead screw rotation 1 circle, the linear distance of the nut movement.

②Advantage: The large lead means that the nut moves faster in a straight line at the same motor speed. This makes the DFU series particularly suitable for applications that require high-speed movement, such as fast handling, material transfer, and fast positioning on automated production lines.

2. High rigidity & high load capacity:

① Core features: The DFU series is designed with an optimized ball groove shape and a larger steel ball diameter, and usually has a larger nut size.

In the selection of DFU ball screw, need to focus on:

1. Required line speed: According to the speed requirements to select the appropriate lead and motor speed combination.

2. Load size and type: Ensure that the rated dynamic/static load and allowable torque of the selected model meet the requirements.

3. Accuracy requirements: Select the appropriate accuracy level (C7, C5, etc.) according to the positioning accuracy requirements.

4. Installation space: consider nut size and lead screw length.

Drive motor torque: A large lead requires more motor torque to drive the same load (because the mechanical gain is small).

1. Supplier selection

Priority procurement has the following qualifications of manufacturers:

Provide CCC mark (if required), accuracy class certificate (such as C5/C3);

Support video inspection and test report.

2. Customized product certification

Non-standard lead screw (such as special length/pre-compression level) shall be subject to type test separately;

Confirm that the preloading level matches the load requirement (high preloading for large diameter/double nut).

3. Maintenance and traceability

Keep the certificate number and annual inspection records (available in the market supervision system);

Regularly track lubrication and wear to avoid certification failure due to maintenance failure.

Our ball screws are usually packed in plastic bags + bubble film + wooden boxes for mass production to protect the safety of goods in transit. We can also pack according to customer's requirements.

Large batch orders generally take 7-15 days, small batch orders generally take 3-7 days.

We can do end processing according to your drawings or samples. If necessary, we can take photos and videos of the products.

The ball screw of our company will complete anti-rust treatment before production, so please clean the anti-rust oil before use and add lubricating oil immediately. If the product rusts due to failure to add lubricating oil, we will not be able to do free warranty.

If the user fails to purchase the product within 1 month, please do anti-rust treatment regularly. With the difference of regional temperature, the anti-rust treatment time also needs to be adjusted.

Please check the condition regularly for one month. If the surface of the screw is polluted by dust and metal dust, please clean it with kerosene before adding lubricant.

The ball screw must keep lubricant at all times. If the product is rusted or damaged without lubricant, we will not be able to list it as a free warranty item.

1. Direct tapping is prohibited

The shaft end of the nut or screw is strictly forbidden to bear hammering and extrusion to avoid deformation of the internal raceway or pre-compression failure.

Special installation tools (e. g. hydraulic push-in device) are required.

2. Ensure the accuracy of the installation surface

The parallelism error of the mounting surface of the support seat shall be ≤ 0.05mm/300mm to prevent eccentric load wear caused by additional bending moment.

An elastic coupling shall be used to compensate the coaxiality deviation (≤ 0.1mm recommended) for the connection between the screw shaft end and the motor.

3. Pre-tightening force calibration

For DFU with double nut structure, the adjusting nut shall be locked according to the torque value required in the manual (for example, DFU with shaft diameter of 32mm usually needs 40-50N · m).

Manually rotate the nut after installation to feel uniform resistance (abnormal stuck indicates uneven precompression).
