SQ Series L-Shaped Female Thread Ball Joint Rod End Bearing
The SQ Series ball joint rod end bearing combines an L-shaped female-thread housing with a compact ball joint structure. It is designed for mechanical linkages where angular movement, oscillation and convenient threaded connection are required.
The SQ-RS series is available in nominal joint sizes from 5 mm to 22 mm, with metric female threads ranging from M5×0.8 to M22×1.5. Right-hand and left-hand thread versions can be supplied for different linkage arrangements.

1. L-Shaped Female Thread Design
The L-shaped housing provides a compact 90-degree connection arrangement, making the SQ Series suitable for connecting rods, control mechanisms and other linkage systems with limited installation space.
2. Ball Joint for Angular Movement
The internal ball joint allows rotational, oscillating and angular movement within the permitted articulation angle, helping compensate for limited angular misalignment between connected components.
3. RS Sealed Structure
The SQ-RS version uses a sealed joint structure around the ball-joint area, providing additional protection for the internal contact surfaces during operation.
4. Right-Hand and Left-Hand Thread Options
Both right-hand and left-hand threaded versions are available, allowing the bearings to be used in adjustable paired-linkage systems.
5. Multiple Thread Pitches Available
Selected models are available with alternative thread pitches. SQ10, SQ12, SQ14 and SQ16 include "-1" versions to meet different connection requirements.

Model and Thread Notes
SQ10, SQ12, SQ14 and SQ16 are available in standard and "-1" versions. The main difference is the female thread pitch together with several corresponding shank dimensions.
Left-hand thread versions can be supplied for applications requiring paired adjustment. Please clearly specify the required thread direction when sending an inquiry.
How to Select an SQ Ball Joint Rod End Bearing
When selecting an SQ Series rod end bearing, first confirm the required female thread size and pitch. Models with the same nominal joint size may use different thread pitches, so the thread specification should not be selected by diameter alone.
