Zhejiang DLY Automation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently welcomed Professor Zhang Ruihua, Chairman of Zhejiang Wenyue Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., for a technical exchange focused on the intelligent upgrade of rolling functional components.
During the visit, Professor Zhang met with Mr. Xu Jianming, General Manager of DLY, to discuss future cooperation in intelligent manufacturing, process improvement, testing capability and common technology support for the rolling functional component industry.
DLY is a manufacturer specializing in linear motion components, including ball screws, precision linear shafts, linear bearings, linear guideways and related automation parts. With years of manufacturing experience and continuous investment in production technology, DLY has built a complete production chain from raw material processing to product assembly and inspection.
In the discussion, Mr. Xu introduced DLY's progress in intelligent manufacturing and production upgrading. Since 2019, DLY has invested more than RMB 10 million in technical transformation projects, helping improve production efficiency, process control and product consistency. These improvements have supported higher annual production capacity and more stable quality performance for DLY's main product lines.
Professor Zhang also introduced Wenyue Intelligent Technology's research achievements and practical cases in intelligent equipment for rolling functional components. Both sides agreed that Wenyue's technical experience in intelligent equipment and DLY's accumulated process data, manufacturing experience and production scale have strong potential for cooperation.
The two companies will further explore the establishment of a common technology service platform for rolling functional components. The platform is expected to support shared resources such as testing, trial production, simulation, process verification and technical services for the industrial chain.
