DLY Party Branch Receives First Prize
On November 16, 2024, the Communist Party of China Branch at Zhejiang DLY Automation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. participated in a Party-building work competition for Party organization secretaries from "two new" organizations.
In this context, "two new" refers to new economic organizations and new social organizations, including privately operated companies and various forms of non-governmental organizations.

Sharing DLY's Party-Building Experience
DLY's presentation centered on the theme "Party and Youth League Leadership, Benefits for Thousands of Families." It introduced the company's approach to developing its Party-building brand and connecting organizational initiatives with practical company activities.
The presentation discussed how Party organizations within privately operated companies could play a constructive role in employee development, internal communication, organizational cohesion and business improvement.
Rather than treating Party-building and company operations as separate areas, DLY presented an approach in which organizational development supported practical work, employee participation and the company's long-term progress.
