DLY Linear Motion Manufacturing
Established in 2005, Zhejiang DLY Automation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the development and manufacture of rolling functional components and linear motion products.
DLY's production and inspection capabilities cover processes used for ball screws, linear guide rails, guide blocks and related motion components. Manufacturing equipment includes thread rolling, CNC machining, guideway grinding, block grinding and heat-treatment equipment.
Inspection equipment is used to evaluate product dimensions, thread lead, profile, surface condition and other characteristics according to the product type and accuracy requirement.
At the time of the exhibition, DLY had obtained more than 60 patents, including nine invention patents. The company has also participated in technical and quality-standard activities related to rolling linear guideway pairs.
Rolled Ball Screws
