Meeting Buyers Face to Face
Over the five days of the show, we met overseas customers from several markets, with visitors from Brazil, Russia and India among the most represented. Both distributors and end users came to the booth, and the conversations covered a wide range of purchasing situations, from regular stock replenishment to equipment-specific component sourcing.

For a manufacturer, an exhibition is one of the few occasions to hear buyers describe their applications directly. Many of the discussions started from a drawing, a part number or a description of an existing machine, which is the same information our engineers use when confirming specifications for quotation.

What Customers Asked About
Most of the technical discussions at our booth focused on two product groups:
- Ball screws: visitors asked about SFU and DFU series, high load options, and how lead, diameter, length and end machining are matched to the application.
- Linear guideways: visitors asked about guideway series and block types, and about dimensions and lengths for specific machine layouts.
Selection in both categories depends on load, speed, stroke, accuracy requirements and installation dimensions. Where a customer already had a machine in operation, we discussed how to confirm the required specification from the existing model or drawing.
