To mark the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Zhejiang DLY Automation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. organized an educational visit to Lanxi, Zhejiang.
Party members visited the Zhejiang Special Committee Memorial Hall and the Yanggang Red Culture Center. The program combined local historical education with study of the Eight-Point Regulation and its requirements concerning discipline, integrity and working practices.
The activity encouraged participants to connect responsibility and ethical conduct with their daily work, team cooperation and the long-term development of DLY.

Visit to the Zhejiang Special Committee Memorial Hall
At the Zhejiang Special Committee Memorial Hall, participants learned about local revolutionary history and the experiences of earlier Party members. The on-site program presented historical material through exhibits and guided explanations.
The visit provided historical context for the day's study and encouraged participants to reflect on responsibility, discipline and commitment in their present work.

Yanggang Red Culture Center
The group also visited the Yanggang Red Culture Center in Youbu Town. The center records the development of local militia organizations, including the history of the Yanggang Women's Militia.
Historical displays introduced the local community's participation in militia organization and training during the 1950s and 1960s.

Study of the Eight-Point Regulation
During the activity, Party member Jin Xiaoyan delivered a study session on the Eight-Point Regulation. The session reviewed its main requirements and discussed their relationship with discipline and working practices.
Participants were encouraged to apply the principles of responsibility, integrity and practical conduct in their daily roles.

Responsibility in Enterprise Development
After the study session, DLY Party Committee Secretary Xu Jianming addressed the participants. He emphasized the importance of maintaining integrity, improving working practices and taking responsibility when the company faces challenges.
Party members were encouraged to set an example in their positions, support coordinated decision-making and contribute practical solutions in production, quality management and team cooperation.
For a manufacturing company, responsible working practices are reflected in following processes, reporting problems accurately and completing inspection and production tasks without concealing risks.

Applying the Learning to Daily Work
The activity concluded with participants reflecting on how the lessons could be applied in their daily work. The goal was to turn study into practical improvements in conduct, cooperation and responsibility.
