DLY CNC Precision XY Stage is a double-axis positioning table designed for machines that require accurate movement in both X and Y directions. It combines a rigid base structure, linear guide support and screw-driven motion to provide stable positioning for CNC equipment, inspection systems, automation machines and precision assembly applications.

The XZH, XZHT and XZHK series are available in different travel ranges and table sizes. They are suitable for customers who need a compact positioning unit instead of building a complete XY motion structure from separate rails, screws, bearing supports and mounting plates.

What Is a CNC Precision XY Stage?

A CNC precision XY stage is a mechanical positioning unit that moves a workpiece or fixture in two horizontal directions. Compared with a simple manual table, this type of stage is normally used together with a motor, controller and transmission system to achieve repeatable linear positioning.

It is commonly used in CNC auxiliary equipment, drilling and tapping machines, testing devices, small automation systems, inspection fixtures and precision assembly workstations.

How to Select the Right XY Stage

When selecting a CNC precision XY stage, the travel size is only the first factor. The customer should also confirm the table size, overall installation space, load requirement, motor mounting direction and connection method with the machine structure.

For example, a 100 × 100 mm travel table may be enough for small fixture adjustment, while larger workpieces may require 300 × 300 mm, 400 × 400 mm or 500 × 500 mm travel. If the stage will be used in continuous operation or under higher load, the rigidity and installation support should be confirmed before ordering.
