Product Structure
- Rolling circulation system: block, rail, end cap, circulation path and cylindrical rollers.

Production and Quality Control
DLY controls both guide rail processing and block assembly. The guide rail production process includes raw material preparation, drilling, straightening, profile grinding, surface grinding, inspection, cleaning, packaging and warehousing.
During inspection, DLY checks rail appearance, raceway condition, surface finish, rail width, total height, running parallelism and straightness. For matched rail and block assemblies, the block should move smoothly without abnormal shaking, roller jamming or unstable preload.
