Lubrication Method

The RD series slider can be lubricated by grease or lubricating oil. Oil nozzles can be installed at the front or rear end of the slider for manual oil pumping. Side oil holes and top oil holes are reserved on the end cover, allowing lateral or upper oiling when required by the machine structure.

Lateral oiling is generally recommended on the non-datum side. If the machine requires side oiling on the datum side or top oiling, the oiling position should be confirmed before production. For automatic grease or oil supply, the pipe connector can be selected according to the lubrication pipe type.
