The RD series linear guide roller bearing sliding rail is available in two types: interchangeable and non-interchangeable.
Both types share the same specifications and dimensions, but differ in compatibility and assembly precision.
The interchangeable linear slide rail allows the slider block and rail to be replaced or combined freely, offering greater flexibility and convenience during installation and maintenance.
However, its combined accuracy is slightly lower than that of the non-interchangeable type, which is designed for ultra-precision applications requiring strict assembly tolerances.

(1) Grease
Nozzle type





Position of nozzle
According to customer's requirements, the front end or rear end of the slider is equipped with oil nozzles for manual oil pumping, and the RD series of linear guide roller bearing sliding rails are specially reserved for oil holes on the side and above of the end cover to install oil nozzles (usually straight oil nozzles) to provide lateral and upper oil pumping. The position of lateral oiling is recommended to be on the non-side datum edge, but it can also be placed on the side datum edge if there is special need. If the customer has the above side oil or top oil demand, please contact us. If the linear slide rail with automatic lubricating grease supply is used, the oil pipe joint can be installed according to the type of connecting pipe.

Lubrication frequency
Confirm grease every 100km of operation, or every 3 to 6 months.
(2) Lubricating oil
The construction waste uses lubricating oil with viscous force of about 30 ~ 150cSt to lubricate the linear slide rail. The customer can first explain to us that oil lubrication is required, and the shipped linear slide rail will not be sealed with lubricating oil.
