DLY RD roller guide blocks are high-rigidity linear guide carriages designed for heavy-load and high-precision motion systems. Instead of using steel balls, the RD series uses roller-type rolling elements to increase contact stiffness, load capacity and running stability.

RDH square blocks and RDW flange blocks are available for CNC machining centers, heavy-duty cutting machines, CNC grinding machines, injection molding machines, wire cutting machines, large gantry machines and other equipment requiring stronger rigidity in four load directions.

What Makes RD Roller Guide Blocks Different?

The RD series is DLY's roller-type linear guide block series for applications where a standard ball-type guide block may not provide enough rigidity. The roller and raceway form line contact, helping reduce elastic deformation under load and improving resistance to moment load, vibration and heavy cutting force.

With a 45-degree contact angle design, RD roller guide blocks can support load from radial, reverse-radial and lateral directions. This makes them suitable for horizontal, vertical and side-mounted rail installations in high-rigidity equipment.
