DLY ED low profile guide blocks are compact linear guide carriage blocks designed for equipment with limited installation height. The ED series uses a four-row ball circulation structure to provide stable linear motion, four-direction load capacity and reliable positioning in a lower assembly height than standard guide block structures.

EDH square blocks and EDW flange blocks are available in medium-load and heavy-load types. They are suitable for automation equipment, semiconductor machines, laser machines, packaging machinery, precision measuring equipment and compact motion systems where space saving, smooth movement and stable guiding are required.

The ED series is designed for compact equipment where the guide system must stay low while still maintaining rigidity and smooth motion. Compared with standard-height linear guide blocks, ED low profile guide blocks reduce assembly height and block length, making them suitable for high-speed automation and space-limited machine structures.

With four rows of circulating steel balls and a four-direction load design, ED guide blocks can support radial, reverse-radial and lateral loads. The self-aligning capability helps absorb small mounting errors and improves running stability when the guideway is installed correctly.
