1. Complete inspection before delivery

100% Required Items:

Appearance: visual + HD camera detection (cracks, burrs, coating defects);

Functionality: torque-preload curve test to ensure that the anti-loose performance meets the standard;

Dynamic operation: 100000 times of reciprocating motion test under simulated working conditions, temperature rise ≤ 30 ℃, noise ≤ 65dB.

Sampling destructive test: 3 pieces shall be randomly selected for each batch:

Tensile strength test (breaking load ≥ 120% of rated value);

Fatigue life test (lead accuracy decay ≤ 1% after 1 million cycles).

1. Long-term warranty policy

Standard warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery, free replacement for non-human damage;

Extended warranty service: optional extended warranty package to cover accuracy degradation caused by normal wear and tear (e. g. lead error exceeds ± 0.02mm).

2. Failure fast response mechanism

24-hour traceability service: in case of nut failure, the customer will issue a "production batch traceability report" (including raw material batch, processing equipment and testing personnel information) within 24 hours after providing the serial number;

Free failure analysis: Recycle the faulty parts:

Metallographic structure analysis (to determine whether the heat treatment is up to standard);

Fracture scanning (to determine whether the fracture is fatigue, overload or material defect);

Issue Failure Cause Diagnosis Certificate and improvement plan (if it is recommended to replace the nut with higher strength grade).

3. Zero threshold for return and exchange

Within 7 days of receipt of the goods, if the following problems are found, they can be returned unconditionally:

Dimensions do not match the order (e. g. thread specifications, flange diameter deviation> 0.1mm);

Surface coating peeling, raceway scratches and other appearance defects;

Abnormal jam and abnormal sound during dynamic operation (not due to installation).

1. Maintenance

The ball screw of our company will complete anti-rust treatment before production, so please clean the anti-rust oil before use and add lubricating oil immediately. If the product rusts due to failure to add lubricating oil, we will not be able to do free warranty.

If the user fails to purchase the product within 1 month, please do anti-rust treatment regularly. With the difference of regional temperature, the anti-rust treatment time also needs to be adjusted.

Please check the condition regularly for one month. If the surface of the screw is polluted by dust and metal dust, please clean it with kerosene before adding lubricant.

The ball screw must keep lubricant at all times. If the product is rusted or damaged without lubricant, we will not be able to list it as a free warranty item.

2. Use

Since the nut assembly of the ball screw has strict technical requirements, please do not disassemble the nut by yourself, so as not to damage the entire set of ball screws, which will cause the entire equipment to malfunction.

If the ball screw is installed vertically, please pay special attention to the slip of the nut. If the nut slips accidentally, please immediately contact the company authorized by our company for cooperation.

Be sure to use the product in a clean environment, and install a protective cover outside the product to prevent dust and metal dust from entering, which will affect the accuracy and service life of the product.

Do not use in an environment higher than 80 degrees Celsius (except for heat-resistant specifications), so as not to damage the seals of the product and shorten the service life.
