The end cover cycle design is adopted to optimize the return path of the steel ball, reduce noise and vibration, and realize high-speed silent operation (high Dm-N value), especially suitable for high-speed scenes with thousands of revolutions per minute.
The special cycle structure ensures that the smoothness is still maintained under high lead (for example, stable operation is still possible when the lead is 50mm) to avoid jam.

① Zero backlash and preload adjustment

Compared with other nuts, the circulation mode of SFY nut is the end cover circulation type, which is similar to the circulation mode of SFS nut, and has strong scraping ability and high rigidity when moving at high speed. The SFU nut is an internal circulation type 05, and the steel ball moves along the groove of the internal circulator, which is suitable for smaller diameter screw rods.

The ball screw of our company will complete anti-rust treatment before production, so please clean the anti-rust oil before use and add lubricating oil immediately.If the product rusts due to failure to add lubricating oil, we will not be able to do free warranty.
If the user fails to purchase the product within 1 month, please do anti-rust treatment regularly. With the difference of regional temperature, the anti-rust treatment time also needs to be adjusted.
Please check the condition regularly for one month. If the surface of the screw is polluted by dust and metal dust, please clean it with kerosene before adding lubricant.
The ball screw must keep lubricant at all times. If the product is rusted or damaged without lubricant, we will not be able to list it as a free warranty item.

Usage
As the ball screw nut assembly has strict technical requirements, do not disassemble the nut, so as not to damage the entire set of ball screw, resulting in the prohibition of disassembly of the entire equipment failure.
If the ball screw is installed vertically, please pay special attention to the slip of the nut. If the nut slips accidentally, please immediately find a company authorized by our company to assist in the slip.
Be sure to use the product in a clean environment, and install a protective cover outside the product to prevent dust and metal dust from entering, which will affect the accuracy and service life of the product.
Do not use in an environment higher than 80 degrees Celsius (except for heat-resistant specifications), so as not to damage the seals of the product and shorten the service life.
