Key Technical Features:

  • Screw and Nut Assembly: 

The screw features a helical groove on its surface, and the nut is fitted onto the screw with an internal recirculation channel where balls circulate around the groove.

 

  • Oil Groove and Leakage Channel:

The nut contains interconnected oil groove and leakage channel systems that direct lubrication effectively.

 

  • Sealing Cap with Rubber Seal:

A sealing cap is firmly mounted on the nut via a fixed screw. The cap includes a leak oil port sealed with a rubber stopper, preventing external contaminants from entering and retaining lubrication.
